Finally, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are roughed in—bringing your dream home to life step by step.

PART TWO

Insulation and drywall bring the interior to life, while exterior materials like siding or stone are installed. Cabinets, countertops, trim, and paint add detail and personality. Flooring goes in, and the driveway and landscaping are completed. Final MEP work ensures comfort and lighting, with finishing touches and touch-ups wrapping it all up.
